Cladding Structures, Fixed and retractable Façade & Skylight Sun Screens,
Fixed & Retractable Roofs, Skylights and Awnings, Screen Management Systems
for conference rooms and Auditoriums etc. Typically application areas are
Atriums & Skylights; Food court & Cafeterias; Stadiums, Stands &
Sports arenas; Roof top applications; Entrance structures, Patios &
Walkways; Art, Icon & Signature structures; Ship Decks; Exhibition
structures, Vehicle shelters; Awnings & Canopies; Tents, Gazebos &
Umbrellas; Modular structures; Dismantlable & Temporary structures and

place a modern conversion facility in Bangalore backed by its own engineering
design center. Its specialized in-house expertise from “Design to Execution” is
a result of working exclusively with technically demanding clients and
challenging projects. Alone with its collaborator, Textil Bau Gmbh., Germany. The
company develops design concepts, renderings & walk-throughs; Undertakes
structural & membrane engineering, executing local projects ensuring global
standards, With the total commitment / involvement, of its German collaborator
to this Indian Venture. The brand ‘Shadeflex’ stands for world-class quality
architectural membrane solutions delivered locally.
Shadeflex has been
instrumental in realizing Membrane Structure projects covering over 500000 Sq.
feet till date in the Indian market having executed projects covering a wide variety
of architectural membranes(PES, PTEF, Screen etc) for clients like UB Group,
Sahara India-Amby Valley, TESCO, Biocon, Fun Cinemas, NXP, Brigade Group,
